Recipe : Avocado Puree Ham-Cheese French Sandwich

Ingredients :
2 ripe avocados, 50g butter, salt and pepper to taste,
1 french bread (avoid baguettes, they're tougher),
100g romaine lettuce, cheese slices, jumbo chicken ham, and rosemary (optional)

Step 1:
Blend avocado, butter, salt, and black pepper together using food processor.
Leave in some chunks for texture.

Step 2 :
Cut the french bread into any size you desire. Spread puree on both sides before stacking on the lettuce, cheese, and ham. Be generous with the puree, or else the taste would be masked by other savoury ingredients.

Step 3:
Chill before serving to ensure that the lettuce is crisp, and also to keep the sandwich light/neat-tasting. Use a toothpick to keep the ingredients stacked in place.

Sawadee

I guess I did pretty alright? teehee. Though cleaning out the pineapple was the hardest part. Other than that these are just relatively easy dishes to prepare. Try having a nice thai-thai night at home with candles and all, really brings on the mood for an exotic meal :)
